We created our wine club to take the stress out of selecting a bottle of wine! Our wine is some of the highest quality on the planet. Our club is approachable, healthy and unpretentious.
How do you know if it is made from organic or biodynamically grown grapes? Most wines labels omit this information. The transparency in the alcohol industry is shocking. There are hundreds of added chemicals, fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides and sugar added to wine and the farming process. And we are here to tell you, it's not about the price. Some very expensive, popular labels are the worst offenders.

Sourcing Philosophy
Low Intervention
The journey begins in the vineyard, where holistic practices like organic and biodynamic farming create a healthy grape ecosystem. Unlike conventional vineyards that rely on chemicals and excessive watering, natural methods promote sustainability and biodiversity.
The result: Grapes flourish naturally, yielding rich, flavorful fruit that is high in antioxidants. These grapes do not need high level of preservatives (sulfites) or added colors or sugar - they are perfect on their own.
Natural wine philosophy extends from the vineyard to the winery, emphasizing minimal intervention. Grapes are allowed to authentically express their terroir without the need for an array of additives. Unique techniques like skin fermentation and minimal fining and filtering ensure a commitment to purity, authenticity, and the true essence of the grape and its origin.
We honor the roots of winemaking by supporting wine makers that are in synergy of nature.

Our space on the 101 in downtown Encinitas is incredibly unique. Our restaurant and private dining space feature a 99% Organic and 100% Non GMO menu. We are seed oil free, and totally free from soy and canola in all forms.
We have an event space, a wine shop, a little market and even a cacao lounge by Maya Moon. (Opens in May)
We open for dinner starting in May. Wednesday- Saturday
